Sign Up for MSKMychart

You can sign up for an MSKMychart account through the MSKMychart or on the MyMSK app using your enrollment ID. Before your first appointment, you may have received an enrollment ID by email, or you can request one from a patient care advisor by calling 844-758-2153.

After your first appointment, you need an enrollment ID and your medical record number (MRN) to create a MSKMychart account. You can find your MRN on your printed visit guide for an upcoming appointment or on a billing statement from MSK.

How to Sign Up for MSKMychart

If you know your MRN, you can get an enrollment ID by calling the Help Desk at 800-248-0593. If you do not know your MRN, you can get your MRN and enrollment ID from the care coordinator at your doctor’s office.

If you are a patient or a caregiver, you can sign up for MSKMychart using your enrollment ID. You can find your enrollment ID in an email from your doctor’s office or on your appointment printout.

If you received an enrollment email in your inbox, click the link in the email and follow the steps on the screen. If you’re using the enrollment ID found on the appointment printout, go directly to my.mskcc.org.

New users click ‘sign up’ to get started. (Copy ecologin.mskcc.org/Enrollment/TermsAndConditions into your browser and launch it.)
You will be asked to accept the website’s terms and conditions.
Then, indicate that you are an MSKMychart patient or caregiver and enter your enrollment ID.

You will then get an account activation email to complete the final step. To log onto MSKMychart, go to my.mskcc login page.

You can also go to the home page, mskcc.org, and click on MSKMychart patient login at the top right. For help call your doctor’s office or contact the portal help desk at mymsk@mskcc.org or call (646) 227-2593.

How to Log in to MyMSK

If you have an MSKMychart account, please follow the instructions below to access your account.

Go to the MSK MyChart login page.
Log in with your username and password. You must enter your username and password the first time you use the new app.
It will not have your login already saved. Next, follow the instructions for setting up the app. Accept the terms and conditions by clicking the check mark on the upper right of your screen. You’re now ready to use the app.

Did you forget your username/password? To reset it, go to the MSKMychart Patient Portal and click “Forgot username/password” for instructions.
