MSKMychart Bill Pay
MSK is committed to treating all patients who need care, regardless of their health insurance or financial status. MSK offers services to help you arrange for payment of your bill; from insurance billing to payment plans, and even financial assistance which may qualify you for reduced payment or free care.
How to Pay Your MSK Bill
There are 4 ways to pay your bills.
1: Online: You can view your MSK billing statements and pay bills through the VisitPay website. Copy https://my.mskcc.org/VisitPayRedirectFromLogIn and launch it.
- Log in to your account. If you are a new user, you can sign up using your enrollment ID, you can create a MSKMychart account by clicking “Sign Up” at my.mskcc.org or on the MSKMychart app
- Click “Billing” at the top right.
- Click “View and Pay Bills” on the left. You will leave MSKMychart and will be directed to our secure payment website, VisitPay.
2: Phone: You can also pay by phone. Please call 646-227-3378 in New York City, or call toll-free outside New York City at 866-248-1274, Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (Eastern time). We are closed between 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm You may be put on hold because of high call volume.
3: Mail: If you are not signed up to pay your bills through the VisitPay website, we will send you bills by mail. Please remember to include your payment slip with your payment.
